So, our beginnings are quite similar to recent market-leading tech startups.
Then, our tech journey continued on this path of customer-centric innovation. In 1999, we expanded operations to telephone reservations with Kinofon in 1999, print-at-home tickets in 2003, pre-smartphone ticketing with NFC ticketing in 2006, concession sales in 2008, and with dxWeb, we’ve made our technology accessible on the internet in 2016, allowing our customers to access our product from anywhere.
Now, it was time for the next big step
Using all our knowledge to develop a leaner solution, built for the cloud, we are now starting our journey as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, and our cloud-native solution has injected our two-and-a-half decades of existence with the fresh energy and environment of a brand-new startup.

We're a remote-first team of technology and cinema enthusiasts working from 10 countries, with headquarters in Norway, where our vision to create a better solution for cinema operations came to life. What our workday looks like?Building things that you will love. We think of days that start with your 7 am coffee run and end at midnight after your last movie has been shown. We want to help you optimize those hours and work easier and faster. We're obsessed with the future and constantly look at the next thing your viewers might want.
